New iMedia Solutions Ltd was established in 2007 and is a Hong Kong based company. We have 10 years of experience in providing one-stop Digital Marketing solutions to our customers, including Search Engine Marketing (SEM), Display Ad, Ad Network, Social Media Marketing, Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and website design.
We were named as New World iMedia before as we were the subsidiary of New World Telecommunications Ltd, a fixed telecommunications network services provider owned by New World Development Co Ltd, a listed company in Hong Kong. In Mar 2016, both iMedia and Telecom businesses were sold to a subsidiary of Hong Kong Broadband Limited, a listed company in Hong Kong. Following a restructure in Jul 2016, New iMedia was co-owned by the Management Team and Hong Kong Broadband Network Ltd. In Jun 2017, the Management Team acquired the remaining interest of the Company from Hong Kong Broadband Limited and the Company now becomes wholly owned by our own Management Team.
Our Management team has been working in iMedia for 10 years and we all share the same philosophy in nurturing iMedia as a trusted and reliable digital marketing solution provider. We have 170 teammates working in Hong Kong and Shenzhen offices. We have served 10,000 customers with 58,241 digital campaign launched. We are recognized by the industry with various awards attained in past years.
We are PREMIER Google Partner and GOLD Authorized Reseller of Yahoo!. We also worked with partners including Facebook, Baidu and 100+ portals. We own our proprietary systems for managing customers’ orders and campaigns, in addition, we deploy various platforms and systems to optimize customers’ campaigns and deliver campaign services reports via systems automatically.
